• We take time to understand your current financing and banking arrangements, this is an important part of our search for solutions. This might mean a realigning of what you have in place to best meet your current or future environment. Change is a given, does your business have the right solutions in place?

• After a preliminary analysis, we perform a detailed review of your existing debt structure including terms, interest rates, security position, covenants and fees. We also review your banking setup including account setup, point of sale products etc. Part of the assessment is analysing the business financial strength including historical and forecast performance. This provides an accurate and complete information base from which we can consider the potential dollar savings following a restructure if required. We review the structure, financial and reporting covenants if any, security position and other key terms.

• Once completed we will meet with you to discuss our findings and recommendations and in consultation with you, determine the way forward.
